However, customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and secured before shipment. If any damage occurs due to insufficient or improper packaging, the shipper/customer will be fully responsible, and ST Express Cargo will not be liable for such damage.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during transit, ST Express Cargo will review the case and arrange compensation in accordance with international shipping regulations and company policy.

Please note that incidents of loss or damage are extremely rare, as we maintain strict handling procedures to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

All complaints must be reported before accepting or taking delivery of the parcel. Once the parcel has been received and accepted by consignee, no further complaints or claims will be accepted.
